CVAP Batch 17 Day 1

I'm ZelleTalk and I'm here to share my first day experience with CVAP. First of all I found them while browsing through YouTube channels and I came across the "Bawal judgemental" of Eat Bulaga. I really got curious and excited as I hear them change their voices to the characters I only heard on radio and TV show dubs.How cool is that? There's a school for voice artists and as amazing as it is I signed up and planned to join by first quarter of 2023 so here I am. So much for the back story let me share my first day high as schools often call it.

CVAP is based in the Philippines which is four hours ahead my timezone. I am currently residing in Dubai. The class starts at 9:00 am Philippines time. If you do the math it's 5:00 am in my timezone. I slept early so I can catch up with the time difference. I woke up around 2:00 am and couldn't sleep anymore so I ended up killing time until 5:00 am. 

Did I bore you again with my extra intro? I apologize this is really it. The first day tackled most of the introduction to CVAP ( Certified Voice Artist Program). The mentors/trainers started sharing their own back stories and gave us a bit of snippets of what the program has to offer and what to expect. I don't wanna get into details since I don't wanna be a spoiler in case you want to join and discover the magic yourself.

I love how the people behind CVAP are generous enough to share their first hand experience and not sugar coating the reality of the industry. The encouragement and the spirit of sharing and caring is there I can feel it. I can see that this is a community of people who are ignited by their passion to have their voices heard. It was so inspirational how they deliver and shared their humble beginnings. I enjoyed the class and meeting new people. 

We did a small activity and found a new little family inside CVAP Batch 17. We have two easy going and approachable mentors that we're so blessed to have. I am excited of what's next and looking forward to the next class. By the way before I end this lengthy post I wanna let you know this Pochology ( you will be hearing this often ) that I like the most "Availability is the best ability".
