 Hi Everyone! It's me again Zelletalk. I just want to share my experience for today's session. The first part was hosted by the NieAyMo trio it was fun new experience for having new set of hosts. Our Instructor for today is Ms. Janeane Santos-Roco or also know as "The Golden Voice" of CVAP. We did a little tongue twister activity that was so fun to watch though I didn't participate in that activity because I'm still shy. She taught us about voice care and how we can properly take care of our voice. Hydration is the key to having the stamina to speak for hours and also definitely needs a lot of practice and proper posture. We have learned that coffee isn't ideal if you will have a project or speaking engagement because it will make you dehydrated and we don't want that to happen in our vocal cords.
